Jeffrey E. Chod has defended the rights of injured railraod workers under the FELA continuously since graduating from Washington University School of Law in 1998. Jeffrey has represented employees from all railroad crafts throughout his career and has obtained substantial experience handling all types of claims under the FELA. Jeffrey has represented individuals in serious personal injury cases and has represented families in wrongful death cases. Jeffrey has dedicated his practice to representing the rights of those who have been seriously injured as a result of the negligence of others. Jeffrey is a member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, the Association of American Justice, and is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, Montana and Florida, and in various federal district courts.
